Yes. On the Solo plan you can have up to 3. Need more? Move to the Team plan ($35/month, up to 10 users). Beyond 10, add seats one at a time at $3.50/user/month. You scale by the single user, not in forced tier jumps.

Every agency gets their own isolated SQL Server database. Your data is completely separate from every other customer. We don't sell data, we don't share data, and we don't access your data unless you explicitly ask us to for support purposes.

Each user can create a filter that matches any activity they'd rather not keep, then permanently delete the matched stats. It's gone - not hidden, not archived, deleted. Their manager will see a gap in the timeline for that period, but the contents are permanently and irrecoverably removed. We believe people deserve a degree of privacy, even at work.
